🌸 The Highest 🌸

The Highest in Stellaria are the second highest authority after the Ruler and his family. They play a major role in the regency of heaven and are always on hand to advise the Ruler. They make important decisions every day that affect the people and especially Stellaria and its reputation. There are eight Highest in total and each of them has their own areas of responsibility. The Highest also have their own consultants. Ryūji Mochizuki used to be a consultant too, until he left Stellaria with his family after the demon attack on his daughter Hina. Ren Shiratori now also works as an assistant to one of the Highest. As an assistant, you support the Highest to whom you are subordinate, but you have a lower position than the consultants of the Highest.

In addition to governmental tasks, the Highest also deal with all kinds of negotiations and are therefore in relatively regular contact with the demon Valkyro, the Lord of Hell. They also manage the healing basins and ensure that their whereabouts remain secret and that no one uses them without authorization.
